This is the 1955-56 season of the Western Canada Junior Hockey League.

The Moose Jaw Canucks were forced to fold after a fire destroyed their arena in August, 1955.

The league folded after this season. The Pats rejoined the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League while the Oil Kings went to the Central Alberta Hockey League.
