1. Windsor Spitfires played only a half schedule because of travel problems and committments to the International Hockey League.
2. Toronto Young Rangers played only a half schedule because of a lack of dates at Toronto's Maple Leaf Gardens.
3. Toronto Marlboros played only a half schedule because of a lack of dates at Toronto's Maple Leaf Gardens. They did play two away games each at Barrie and Guelph.
4. All the games of the above 3 teams (except for Marlboros @ Barrie & @ Guelph) were worth 4 points each.
