Note: After the second game, it was discovered that Bill Bagnall of Oshawa was overage. He was suspended.
Because of time limitations, Oshawa & Kitchener agreed to play the third game. Kitchener thought it was only for the entry into the Memorial Cup playoffs - Oshawa thought that it was for the provincial championship as well,
Oshawa Majors beat Kitchener Greenshirts 2 wins to 1.
Oshawa Majors advanced to the 1934-35 Eastern Canada Memorial Cup Playoffs.
Oshawa went on to lose to Sudbury in the first round. In the meantime the three teams that Oshawa had beaten played off for a chance to replay Oshawa for the provincial title,

Replay final[]
Oshawa refused to replay the final, claiming that they had already won the provincial championship. The Ontario Hockey Association disagreed and awarded the title to Kitchener.
Kitchener Greenshirts won the championship by default.
