Note: Oshawa then went on to beat Peterborough 6-3 in the first game of the playoff first round.
Bowmanville had protested the 2-0 loss. It was discovered that an Oshawa player, Wilson Clark, was overage and used someone else's birth certificate. Oshawa was suspended and Bowmanville went on to play Peterborough.
