This is the 2015-16 Central Canada Hockey League season. This is the league's 55th season overall and its 5th season under this name. This is the first season of an affiliation agreement with the former Eastern Ontario Junior B Hockey League which was renamed the Central Canada Hockey League Tier 2 under the agreement.

Bogart Cup Playoffs[]
Format[]
The top eight teams overall advance to the playoffs. In the quarterfinal round the top seed plays the 8 seed, the second seed plays the seventh seed, the third seed plays the sixth seed, and the fourth seed plays the fifth seed in best-of-seven series. The top remaining seed plays the lowest remaining seed and the middle two seeds play each other in the best-of-seven semifinals. The semifinal winners meet in the best-of-seven league final. The champion advances to the 2016 Fred Page Cup being held in Woodstock, New Brunswick hosted by the Woodstock Slammers. The winner of the Fred Page Cup tournament advances to the 2016 Royal Bank Cup being held in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan hosted by the AJHL's [Lloydminster Bobcats]] at the Centennial Civic Centre.
