The 2012 Allan Cup is the 2012 Canadian Grand National Championship of Senior ice hockey. This will be the 104th year the trophy will be awarded. The 2012 Allan Cup will be contended in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, hosted by the Lloydminster Border Kings of the Saskatchewan Hockey Association from April 16 to April 21, 2012.[1]

- Defeated Dundas Real McCoys 2-games-to-none (Renwick Cup) to earn berth
- Grand Falls-Windsor Cataracts (Atlantic)
- Won 2011 Herder Memorial Trophy, defeating the Conception Bay North Cee Bee Stars 4-games-to-none to earn berth as there were no other teams in the region competing for the Allan Cup this year
- South East Prairie Thunder (Manitoba)
- Defeated Manitoba Lightning 4-games-to-none (Pattison Cup) to earn berth (due to lack of Quebec entry)
- Stony Plain Eagles (Pacific)
- Defeated Sylvan Lake Admirals 4-games-to none in Alberta Semifinals
- Defeated Horse Lake Chiefs 4-games-to-3 to win Alberta championship
- Defeated Powell River Regals 3-games-to-1 (McKenzie Cup) to earn berth
- Rosetown Red Wings (Saskatchewan)
- Defeated Lloydminster Border Kings 3-games-to-none in provincial semifinals
- Defeated Balgonie Bisons 3-games-to-2 (Provincials) to gain berth (due to lack of Quebec entry)
