The Eveleth Rangers were a senior-level amateur team in Eveleth, Minnesota. They replaced the Eveleth Reds who had played in the United States Amateur Hockey Association in the 1920's.
The Rangers played in various leagues in the 1930's, 40's, and 50's. They included the American Amateur Hockey League (1947-1952), United States Hockey League (1961-1979)'s precursor leagues, Northern Amateur League and the International Amateur League. They played in the Eveleth Hippodrome.
The team would be known as the Eveleth-Virginia Rangers for the 1952-53 season.
