Ernest Bokroš (born August 25, 1959 in Karviná, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech ice hockey coach. He is currently the head coach of the Slovakia men's national junior ice hockey team.

He played his entire career (1979-1992) with HC Dukla Trenčín of the Czechoslovak Extraliga. Bokros began his coaching career in 1999.
