Eric Lavigne (born Nov. 14, 1972 in Victoriaville, Quebec) is a retired professional defenceman who played one game in the National Hockey League for the Los Angeles Kings in 1994-95.

He played junior hockey for the Hull Olympiques of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League from 1989-93. The Washington Capitals selected him 25th overall in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft but Lavigne refused to sign with them, staying with the Olympiques until 1993. He then signed as a free agent with the Los Angeles Kings.

Lavigne earned a callup to the Kings in 1994-95 but the rest of his pro career was spent in the minors. In 2000 he left for Great Britain where he played for three seasons. Returning to North America, Lavigne played for seven seasons in the semi-pro Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey until he retired in 2009.
