Emery Olauson (b. July 23, 1981 in Canmore, Alberta, Canada) is an ice hockey forward.

Emery played junior hockey for the Topeka Scarecrows of the United States Hockey League (USHL) 2001-02 in 27 games scoring 2 goals and recording 5 assists. Played 52 games for St. Thomas University, goverened by the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS), from 2002 - 2004, scoring 12 goals and recording 23 assists.

Emery's professional career started in the Central Hockey League (CHL). Playing in 200 games from 2004 - 2008 with the Lubbock Cotton Kings, Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees, Oklahoma City Blazers and Odessa Jackalopes. Recording a combined total (in the CHL) of 55 goals and 55 assists. Played in five playoff games in 2005 with Lubbock scoring 1 goal. Olauson was signed by the Huntsville Havoc of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) on January 2, 2008.

Emery was recalled from the Huntsville Havoc to the Odessa Jackalopes (CHL) on 7 March 2008.
