Elmer "Moose" Vasko (born December 11, 1935 in Duparquet, Quebec - October 31, 1998) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played 13 seasons in the National Hockey League for the Chicago Black Hawks and Minnesota North Stars and won the Stanley Cup in 1961.

Vasko played junior hockey for the Chicago farm team St. Catharines TeePees from 1953-54 through 1955-56. They won the Memorial Cup in 1953-54.

He made the Black Hawks in 1956-57 and played 10 seasons for them before retiring in 1966. He was a second team all star in 1962-63 and 1963-64.

The expansion Minnesota North Stars talked him out of retiring in 1967. Vasko played two seasons for them (1967-68 and 1968-69) and one for the Salt Lake Golden Eagles (1969-70) before retiring for good.

Vasko played 786 NHL games, scoring 34 goals and 166 assists. He also played 78 playoff games, with 2 goals and 7 assists.
