Edward Stanley Slowinski (November 18, 1922 - August 21, 1999) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player who played 291 games in the National Hockey League.

Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he spent most of his career with the New York Rangers.

He played junior hockey for the Winnipeg Monarchs from 1940 to 1942. In 1942-43 he played for the Allan Cup champions Ottawa Commandos and then spent two seasons playing for miltary senior teams in Western Canada. That was followed by another two seasons with the Ottawa Senators senior team.

In 1947, Slowinski signed as a free agent with the New York Rangers. He was a part-time player for the Rangers until 1949 when he became a regular for four seasons. A career highlight was leading the NHL playoffs in assists with 6 in 1950 as the Rangers lost the 1950 Stanley Cup Finals.

After leaving the Rangers in 1953 he played five more seasons in the American Hockey League and retired in 1958.

In his NHL career, Slowinski scored 58 goals and 74 assists in 291 games.
