Don MacIver (born May 3, 1955 in Montreal, Quebec) is a retired professional ice hockey defenceman who played six games with the Winnipeg Jets during the 1979–80 NHL season. He started his hockey career with the St. Mary's Huskies university team where he spent three years. He spent his the rest of his hockey career with the Central Hockey League's Tulsa Oilers.

He retired from ice hockey in 1983 to pursue a career as a medical doctor and anesthesiologist.
