Derek Krestanovich (born May 31, 1983) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey centre.

He played junior hockey in the Western Hockey League from 1999 to 2004. The Washington Capitals chose him 92nd overall in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.

Krestanovich played in the ECHL from 2004 to 2008.
