Darrell Anholt (born November 23, 1962) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played in one National Hockey League game for the Chicago Black Hawks during the 1983–84 NHL season.

He played Tier II Junior "A" for the Red Deer Rustlers in 1979-80, winning the Centennial Cup and then played major junior for the Calgary Wranglers from 1980 to 1982. He was known as more of a fighter than a scorer.

The Chicago Blackhawks chose him 54th overall in the 1981 NHL Entry Draft. Anholt turned pro with the Springfield Indians in 1982-83 and got a one-game callup with Chicago in 1983-84. After playing in 1984-85 for the Milwaukee Admirals, Anholt retired.
