Darcy Loewen (born February 26, 1969, in Calgary, Alberta) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey left wing. He was drafted in the third round, 55th overall, by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1988 NHL Entry Draft.

Loewen played 135 games in the National Hockey League: twelve with the Sabres and 123 with the Ottawa Senators, including 79 in the Senators' inaugural season of 1992–93. He scored just four goals and added just eight assists in his NHL career.

He then spent four seasons (1994-98) with the Las Vegas Thunder of the International Hockey League. In 1998-99 Loewen played for the Nottingham Panthers in Great Britain. He finished off his career with two seasons for the Idaho Steelheads of the West Coast Hockey League.
