Cyril Seely Slater (born March 27, 1897, date of death unknown) was a Canadian ice hockey player who competed in the 1924 Winter Olympics. He was a late addition to the team and did not win the Allan Cup in 1922 or 1923 with the team.

Born in Montreal, he was a member of the Canadian ice hockey team (Toronto Granites), which won the gold medal.
