The Cornwallis Cougars were an intermediate-level team that played out of the Royal Canadian Navy base HMCS Cornwallis in Deep Brook, Nova Scotia. The team was made up of military personnel at the base.
The Cougars played in the Maritimes Armed Forces League from 1956 to 1958.
