Charles Thomas Lefley (born January 20, 1950 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a retired Canadian ice hockey forward.

Lefley started his National Hockey League career with the Montreal Canadiens in 1971. Lefley would also play for the St. Louis Blues and would retire after the 1981 season. He would win two Stanley Cups with the 1971 and 1973 Canadiens.

He scored 128 goals and 168 assists in 407 NHL games.

Selected by Montreal Canadiens 1st round (#6) in 1970 NHL Amateur Draft
