Christopher Bruce "Big Indian" Evans (born September 14, 1946, in Toronto, Ontario – died May 9, 2000) is a former professional ice hockey defenceman. He played in the National Hockey League with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Buffalo Sabres, St. Louis Blues, Detroit Red Wings, and Kansas City Scouts. He played in the World Hockey Association with the Calgary Cowboys, Birmingham Bulls, and Quebec Nordiques.

He played junior hockey for the Toronto Marlboros from 1966 to 1968, winning the Memorial Cup in 1967. Evans turned pro with the Toronto Maple Leafs' farm team the Tulsa Oilers in 1968-69 and played two games for the Leafs in 1969-70.

From 1970 to 1975 Evans played for four different NHL teams as well as spent time in the minors. In 1975 he jumped to the WHA and played for three teams in four years in that league.

Evans played for Sauerland ECD in Germany from 1979 to 1981 and then retired in 1982 after playing for a year with the Wichita Wind.

In his NHL career, Evans appeared in 204 games. He scored eleven goals and added 51 assists. He also played in 241 WHA games, scoring nineteen goals and adding 42 assists.
