Sam Cengiz Çıplak (b. March 12th 1983 in Ankara, Turkey) is a Turkish player who plays in the Turkish Super League for BB Kağıtspor.

Arguably the best Turk in the game, Çıplak learned his hockey in Edmonton. He distinguished himself on the international level, being named MVP of the 2007 World Championship DII as the best forward of the tournament, even though the Turkish National Team was being relegated back to DIII. Three years before, he had received the same award.
