Playing careerEdit

She earned four letters in ice hockey from the Lawrence Academy in Massachusetts. In 112 career games with Lawrence Academy, she accumulated 167 career points. She also played with the Assabet Valley Girls hockey team and led them to four national championships.


In a January 10 outdoor game at Fenway Park in Boston, Simpson scored her first career NCAA goal.[1] The Friars lost the outdoor game to the Dartmouth Big Green by a 3-2 tally.


Her father, Stephen Simpson played NCAA hockey for the Air Force Academy and for the Boston University Terriers. Her brother John is a former player for the Union Dutchmen, while a second brother, Wayne, currently competes for the Dutchmen.
