The Boston AA (Boston Athletic Association) was a team in Boston, Massachusetts.

In 1914, it was the first team from outside New York City in the American Amateur Hockey League. The Boston AA won that league's title in 1916 and 1917 before withdrawing from the league due to World War I.

It had a team in the United States Amateur Hockey Association during the length of that league's existance from 1920 to 1925.

They won that league title in 1922-23.
