James Alfred "Buddy" Horne (born October 4, 1933 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian ice hockey player who competed in the 1956 Winter Olympics.

Horne was a member of the Kitchener-Waterloo Dutchmen who won the bronze medal for Canada in ice hockey at the 1956 Winter Olympics.[1]

He also won the Allan Cup with the Dutchmen in 1955.

Horne also played senior hockey for the Whitby Dunlops, Waterloo Tigers, Orillia Pepsis, and Collingwood Kings. He retired in 1968.
