Alexei Yuryevich Zhamnov (born October 1, 1970) is a Russian retired professional ice hockey player who last played for the Boston Bruins. He is currently the general manager of Vityaz Chekhov of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).

Alexei has been a part of 4 separate Olympic games, winning gold, silver, and bronze medals with the Unified Team and Russian clubs. He was selected to play in Turin 2006, but did not participate due to injury. During the 2004–05 NHL lockout, Zhamnov spent time playing in his homeland.
