Alan Ramon "Red" Staley (born September 21, 1928) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey centre who played in one National Hockey League game for the New York Rangers during the 1948–49 NHL season.

He played junior hockey for the Regina Commandos and the Regina Pats from 1944 to 1948. In 1948-49 Staley joined the New York Rovers. He also played one game for the New York Rangers (scoring one assist) and two games for the New Haven Ramblers (no points).

After that season Staley returned to Saskatchewan and played senior hockey for the Regina Capitals, Saskatoon Quakers, and the Moose Jaw Millers. In 1951-52 he played for the Trail Smoke Eaters.

He retired in 1953.
