The 27th National Hockey League All-Star Game was played on January 29, 1974, in the Chicago Stadium, home of the Chicago Black Hawks, in Chicago, Illinois, United States. The attendance was 16,426.

The West Division All-Stars beat the East Division All-Stars 6-4.

Garry Unger, who scored the game-winning Shorthanded goal and also got an assist, was voted the game Most Valuable Player,

East Division: Mahovlich, Cournoyer, Potvin, Redmond.
