This is the 2016 Cyclone Taylor Cup, the Junior B ice hockey Provincial Championship for British Columbia. This marks the 50th time the tournament has been held. The tournament will be hosted by the Victoria Cougars of the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League. The tournament will run from April 7th to 10th. All games will be held at the Archie Browning Sports Centre.
The three league champions of British Columbia's Junior B leagues and a host team play a single round robin round. The first and second place teams play off for the championship and the third and fourth place teams play in a consolation game. The winner of the championship advanced to the 2016 Keystone Cup, which is the Western Canada Junior B championship which will be held at the Co-operators Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan and will be hosted by the Regina Capitals of the Prairie Junior Hockey League.
