This is the 2015-16 New England Hockey Conference Men's season.  This is the league's first season under this name.  The league was previously known as ECAC East.

Post Season TournamentEdit

FormatEdit

All eight of the Division III teams qualify for the tournament. St. Anselm and St. Michael's participate in the Northeast-10 conference tournament as they are members of that conference in all other sports. Tournament is single elimination.  Tournament winner earns the conference's automatic bid to the 2016 NCAA Division III Men's Ice Hockey Tournament.  All games are played at the higher seeds arena.

Quarterfinals (Feb. 20)Edit

  • Mass-Boston Beacons defeated Southern Maine Huskies 4-0
  • Babson Beavers defeated Skidmore Thoroughbreds 5-2
  • Norwich Cadets defeated Castleton State Spartans 4-1
  • U New England Nor'easters defeated New England Pilgrims 3-0

Semifinals  (Feb. 27)Edit

  • Mass-Boston Beacons defeated U New England Nor'easters 6-3
  • Babson Beavers defeated Norwich Cadets 5-0

Final (March 5)Edit

  • Mass-Boston Beacons defeated Babson Beavers 3-2 (ot)

Mass-Boston Beacons earn the conference's automatic bid to the 2016 NCAA Division III Men's Ice Hockey Tournament.
