This is the 2014-15 Northern Pacific Hockey League season.  This is the league's 15th season.

Franchise changesEdit

  • The league added the Cheney Ice Hawks and the Wenatchee Wolves as expansion teams.  The Tacoma Knights were also added as an expansion team; however, the team fell through.
  • The Fort Vancouver Vipers ceased operations on October 15, 2014 due to a lack of players
  • USA Hockey approved one expansion team for 2015-16 on January 21, 2015
  • Kent, Washington was approved as an expansion franchise  for 2015-16 by USA Hockey (first mentioned on league website early March)

  • Bellingham defeated Wenatchee 3 games to 2 (1-2, 4-3, 1-3, 2-1, 2-0)

  • West Sound vs Bellingham 3 games to none (6-2, 6-0, 8-1)

The Cascade Cup champion, West Sound Warriors advance to the 2015 USA Hockey Tier III Junior National Championship
