This is the 2014-15 North West Junior Hockey League season.  This was the league's 21st season.

Membership changesEdit

  • The Slave Lake Wolves were granted a one year leave of absence, citing difficulty in recruiting players for a full season. The league dropped the team's scheduled games and did not rewrite the schedule reducing each team to 30 games from the originally scheduled 36.

PlayoffsEdit

FormatEdit

All seven teams qualified with the first place team earning a bye into the semifinal round. The quarterfinal round was best-of-five.  The semifinal and final rounds were best-of-seven.

QuarterfinalsEdit

  • Grand Prairie defeated Beaverlodge 3 games to none (Beaverlodge forfeited the series)
  • Fairview defeated Sexsmith  3 games to none (9-4, 4-1, 8-1)
  • Fort St. John defeated Dawson Creek 3 games to none (2-1, 2-1, 5-4 (ot))

SemifinalsEdit

  • Peace River defeated Fort St. John 4 games to none (6-1, 5-1, 4-3, 4-3 (ot))
  • Fairview defeated Grand Prairie 4 games to 2 (2-1, 4-5(ot), 6-1, 3-5, 4-3, 8-5)

FinalEdit

  • Peace River defeated Fairview games to none (3-2, 4-3 (ot), 3-1, 3-0)

The Peace River Navigators  advance to the 2015 Russ Barnes Trophy tournament.
