The 2013 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships, Division III is played in one group of six teams. The first place team is promoted to the higher division. The tournament is being played in Sofia, Bulgaria, between January 14 and January 20, 2013. The UAE was to have made their first appearance, but forfeited all games for not fulfilling minimum registration requirements.[1] Their games were still played, but did not count in the standings.
