The top 16 teams overall qualify for the playoffs.  All four rounds were best-of-seven.  Teams were re-seeded after each round

First RoundEdit

  • Val-D'or defeated Acadie-Bathurst, four games to none, 4-1, 3-0, 3-2 (ot), 8-2
  • Rimouski defeated Chicoutimi, four games to none, 5-3, 6-1, 4-0, 5-0
  • Blainville-Boisbriand defeated Moncton, four games to two, 3-2, 5-6 (ot), 4-1, 4-3, 2-3, 4-2

The Val-d'Or Foreurs advanced to the 2014 Memorial Cup held in London, Ontario
