This is the 2012-13 Newfoundland Senior Hockey League season.  This was the league's second season.

The league added the Gander Flyers from the Central Newfoundland Hockey League and the Corner Brook Royals moved to Deer Lake and were renamed the Western Royals.  The Mount Pearl Blades went on hiatus and were replaced by a team called the Mount Pearl Samurai playing out of the Avalon East Senior Hockey League.
