Conference TournamentEdit

FormatEdit

The top eight teams in the conference standings advanced to the conference tournament. The quarterfinal round was a best-of-three series being hosted by the higher seeded team.  The semifinal and final rounds were single elimination knockout games held at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.

QuarterfinalsEdit

  • UMass-Lowell defeated Maine two games to none; 4-1, 2-1 (ot)
  • Boston College defeated Vermont two games to none; 4-2, 4-1
  • Boston University defeated Merrimack two games to none; 3-0, 5-3
  • Providence defeated New Hampshire two games to one; 3-1, 1-4, 3-2

SemifinalsEdit

  • UMass-Lowell defeated Providence; 2-1
  • Boston University defeated Boston College; 6-3

FinalEdit

  • UMass-Lowell defeated Boston University; 1-0

UMass-Lowell earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I Men's Ice Hockey Tournament.
