Slaats Cup Playoffs (Conference Tournament)[]
Format[]
The top four seeds qualify for the conference tournament. The #1 seed plays the #4 seed, #2 play #3, at the highest seeds rink in the conference semifinals. The semifinal winners meet for the conference championship.
The winner is awarded the Slaats Cup and advances to the 2007 NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Tournament.

The Wisconsin-Stevens Point Pointers win the Slaats Cup and earn the conference's automatic bid to the 2007 NCAA Division III Women's Ice Hockey Tournament.
