The 2003-04 season saw the league accept the Jasper Wolves into the fold, bringing the league back up to 6 teams. Jasper had been without senior hockey since their time in the old Northwest Senior Hockey League in the early 70's, and was wildly successful often filling their rink with +/-700 fans. Slave Lake again had the dominant team, losing only twice during the regular season, while Jasper and Hinton fought it out for second place. Slave Lake defeated Fox Creek in one semi final while Jasper defeated Hinton in the other. Slave Lake and Jasper met in the best of seven final with the Winterhawks winning their 4th championship in 7 hard fought games, with the home team winning every game. Slave Lake continued into the Alberta Senior Provincials where they came home with the Senior B banner.
