This is the 2003-04 Central States Hockey League season.

St. Louis advanced to USA Hockey Jr B National Silver Cup by winning regular season title and Peoria advanced by winning the Hurster Cup tournament.

St. Louis won the USA Hockey Jr B National Silver Cup by defeating Peoria in the championship game 8 to 1.
