The 1994 Ontario Hockey Association Junior A Championship, also known as the Federation Cup, was a one-time round robin to determine a single OHA representative to the overcrowded 1994 Dudley Hewitt Cup. The acceptance of the Metro Junior A Hockey League into the Canadian Junior A Hockey League and the promotion of the Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League from the OHA Junior B ranks added to the independent Thunder Bay Flyers, Central Junior A Hockey League champions, Quebec Junior AAA Hockey League champions, and Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League champions. Up until this point, Junior A hockey in Southern Ontario had been either independent of Hockey Canada or restricted to only a Junior B level. In 1995, the Dudley Hewitt Cup was restructured to only include the MetJHL, OPJHL, NOJHL, and Thunder Bay, while the Fred Page Cup was created to span the Eastern Championship further west to include the QJAAAHL and CJHL.

The 1994 OHA Championship was hosted by the Caledon Canadians in North York, Ontario.
