The 1994 Dudley Hewitt Cup was played for in Timmins, Hearst, and Kirkland Lake, Ontario. The tournament was preceded by the 1994 OHA Junior A Championship played for by teams in the Metro Junior A Hockey League, Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League and newly formed Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League. The OHA champion was the Caledon Canadians. The winner of the DHC moved on to the 1994 Centennial Cup.
