Game 5[]
After the first intermission of Game 5, game tied 1-1, the zamboni broke down and the game was suspended until 3 PM CST the next day. Selkirk, instead of waiting for the game to resume, checked out of their hotel and went home. The next day, the referee awarded the deciding game to Prince Albert as no opponent showed up for game time.
