The 1968-69 Thunder Bay Senior Playoffs were won by the Port Arthur Bearcats.  They participated in the 1968-69 Western Canada Allan Cup Playoffs.  They defeated the Manitoba champion, the Warroad Lakers, in the quarterfinals, three games to none. They defeated Saskatchewan champion, the Regina Capitals in the semi-finals.  They lost to the Alberta champion, Calgary Stampeders, in the final round (Patton Cup) three games to one.

No further information is available on the Thunder Bay playoffs itself.
