Note: League President Ron Sorby, in clearing up the playoff havoc over game sites, awarded Warroad the fifth game of the best-of-seven series, after Winnipeg failed to show up. Sorby also took away Maroons' $500 performance bond and suspended Maroon President Doug McGhee for one year.
