St Michaels Majors beat Guelph Biltmores 3 wins to none.

Note: The series between Barrie Flyers and Kitchener Canucks was made into a best of 7 instead of a best of 5. The other quarter final was expected to be delayed because of a lack of playing dates at Toronto's Maple Leaf Gardens. Instead the St Michaels Majors beat the Guelph Biltmores in three straight and had to wait for the other winner. This was why the best of 7 series did not become a two games total goals series when tied 3-3 with 1 tie as per OHA regulations.
