The Owen Sound Greys were a Junior B team and advanced to the 1952-53 Sutherland Cup Championship playoffs.

The Collingwood-Aurora final was cancelled after an incident that injured an Aurora player. Instead all three Junior C teams advanced to the 1953 Clarence Schmalz Cup playoffs.

Port Colborne & Brantford were Junior B teams and played off separately. Brantford won and advanced to the 1952-53 Sutherland Cup Championship playoffs.
