Notes on Playoff Structure

The North Bay Black Hawks went to the 1950-51 Northern Ontario Senior Playoffs.

The other five teams were divided into two groups for the playoffs to save on travel expenses. The two out-of-town teams (Cornwall & Pembroke) played one semi final. The two lower Ottawa-Hull teams (Hull & Army) played a quarter final with the winner going agianst the other Ottawa team (RCAF).
