This is the 1937-38 season of the Upper Ottawa Valley Junior League:

Arnprior withdrew from the Upper Ottawa Valley League before the season started, leaving only Carleton Place, Renfrew, and Pembroke. Smiths Falls pulled out of the Lanark Junior League, leaving only Perth.

Carleton Place was then switched to the Lanark League.

The two leagues then combined. Each team would play home-and-home series against each of the two teams in the other league and six games against the other team in the same league.

Each league's champion would advance to the 1937-38 Ottawa District Junior Playoffs.
