ŁKH Łódź is a Polish ice hockey club based in Łódź, Poland. Ever since its collapse in 1991, the club only ices junior teams. The team plays at the Atlas Areny Łódź.

  • Ekstraliga third-place (4): 1959, 1971, 1979, 1980.

HistoryEdit

In 1991, the club literally collapsed following relegation to the Polish 2.Liga. It found itself forced to ditch its senior hockey team to focus only on junior development.

On October 1st 2009, Krzysztof Oliwa, a former National Hockey League player and Stanley Cup winner, has become director of the club. This nomination has sparkled hopes that the club will be able to return to league level thanks to the influence of the former pro player. More information at this web site.
