Árpád Mihály (b. June 27th 1980 in Miercurea-Ciuc, Romania) is a professional winger who plays in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga for Alba Volán Székesfehérvár.

First Romanian to play professional hockey in North America, Mihály began playing in the United States at the age of 17 after having been offered scholarship at the Wyoming Seminary near Wilkes-Barre by its president, Jere Packard, following an U20 tournament held in New Jersey. He bounced back and forth between the American Hockey League and the ECHL for the most part of his career before he choose to return in Europe in 2007. In 2008, he returned to his native country to play for the local team of HC Miercurea-Ciuc (HC Csíkszereda).

Despite being arguably the best Romanian player actually active, Mihály never played for the Romanian National Team.
